What is Motion?
Motion means movement β when something changes its position over time. Anything that moves is in motion, whether itβs a car driving, a ball rolling, or a person walking. Motion can be fast or slow, straight or in a curve, and it can change direction or speed depending on the forces acting on it. For example, when you kick a football, it starts moving β thatβs motion. If it hits something and stops, the motion ends. Motion is all around us and is a big part of physics because it helps us understand how and why things move the way they do.
